Homeowners Association vs Neighborhood Association

A Neighborhood Association is a non-profit organization of volunteers whose goals are to bring neighbors together with community and social events, provide safer neighborhoods for families and strengthen the quality of life for residents and the community as a whole.

We are not a Homeowner's Association whose goals often include development of rules and policing those rules as pertains to upkeep of properties
